roFund is a marketplace platform that allows users to purchase account balance, which can then be used to acquire Robux from verified sellers. Sellers may withdraw their earnings through approved methods. roFund acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for user-to-user disputes, though we may intervene at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of roFund, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases and Balance

Users may purchase account balance using third-party payment processor Sellhub.cx. All balances are non-refundable and non-transferable once added. By purchasing balance, you agree to Sellhub.cx's terms in addition to ours.

5. No Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or disputes with sellers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use roFund for illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempt to bypass platform protections or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Use the platform if you are under 13.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

7. Marketplace Disclaimer

roFund is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. We do not guarantee the availability, stability, or future legality of digital goods traded on the platform. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms.

9. Modifications
