Refund Policy for roFund

At roFund, all sales are final. By using our platform and purchasing balance, you agree to the following:
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through our platform, including but not limited to:
- Account balance purchased through Sellhub.cx
- Robux or digital goods acquired via marketplace transactions
- Failed or incomplete transactions due to user error
2. Fraud and Chargebacks
Attempting to reverse a payment (chargeback) after receiving balance or services is considered fraud. Accounts involved in chargebacks will be permanently banned, and we reserve the right to share information with payment processors or relevant authorities.
3. Platform Errors
If you experience a platform-related error (e.g. payment processed but balance not added), please contact [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve the issue at our discretion. This does not guarantee a refund.
4. Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are intentional and authorized. We do not refund for accidental purchases or misunderstandings.
